Very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Not once have they answered any of my phone calls. Their posted business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m yet I arrived at 3:50 p.m. on a Friday to pick up my order and the office was already closed. They claim visits are by appointment only, but how is anyone supposed to make an appointment when they never answer the phone or return calls?
