My sister-in-law is moving out of the area and had lots of nice things to donate. I said I'd go there and drop off the donations. It was no sign showing where to drop off the donations or how to get there. The person that worked there in the front gave me wrong directions on how to get to the donation area. We flew in from out of state to experience their bridal section only to find out that it had been taken down. The assistant manager went out of her way to go into the back and bring us out dressed to try on.
Is this really the owner of Goodwill or a store manager I would really like to know because if it gives me illness I would like to say how grieving can you be every single thing you get is for you you're a billionaire and you're very paid your workers and you grossly overpriced things when is this going to stop???? Lower the prices.
I went to drop off a donation gor for the first time at this location and was a bit disappointed at the appearance of this drop off location. When I finally located exactly where it was, I immediately noticed a bunch of bags that were sitting outside, a car ahead of me appeared to be waiting for someone to come out to get their items - no one did, and they drove off.
