My Mom has been living here for about 6 years and very happy. They are apartments only, no care or services offered. My Mom had to wait on a list for a few years to get a single apartment on the first floor. Marietta is a great small town for seniors with a super walking trail & friendly residents. Mom has been very happy since her move & I would highly recommend checking out if you or your family is in need of an apartment for a Senior. Very clean neat and organized even the trash room is clean very quiet the people there are very friendly the. Apts inside are pretty and i love the color of the walls peach color not enough closets the hallways look similar to Brethren Village and Landis Homes
