We loved the therapist for our daughter but the clerical aspect of this business is terrible. They submitted the wrong code so our insurance didn’t cover it, it ended up being 2,000 dollars instead of 340.00. I called 4 times because they said they would recode it and try to help us, but never received a callback even once. I have had to chase them, so I came to terms that I lost 2,000 dollars and I left the counseling center. Nightmare scenario and cost me a hefty sum because they didn’t know what they were doing. Heads up.
