Consult was very informative. I was able to make an informed decision on type of procedure I will feel comfortable with. Dr. Hanna took time to discuss my desired outcome and determine type of procedure that would give the best results.
I am disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism i received from Linda today. What started off as being excited to be a new client ended with OH MY GOAWD HOW AGE YOU IN BUSINESS with such horrible and uncaring schedulers. She was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful. I had BIA-ALCL in 2015, and Dr. Keith West was the one who removed my implants and provided my diagnosis. He was incredible from start to finish. Dr. West was compassionate, attentive, and always took the time to reassure me, making a very difficult experience much more bearable. He went above and beyond to support me through every step of the process. I am so grateful for his care and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a dedicated and caring professional.
Dr McNeal botched my breast so badly and offered to fix it with more money out of my pocket and now it’s looks even worse and have so much more pain. It’s a nightmare, stay away from them and save your money
Update 9/29: One month post op pics added below. I'm loving my results!! I continue to see improvement every week. Next update will be three months post op. Update 9/4: I'm one week post op today. I had my first checkup yesterday. There's still a little swelling, but Dr. Biswas says I'm healing nicely. I've attached a before and after (taken this morning) photo.
