I have not even started to be an patient there and when I tried to reschedule for month out the told me they were booked and all because I was a new patient the only reason why I was trying that place was because my primary doctor suggested them. For first time patient you guys are not really welcoming.
I saw Joy today and had an AMAZING experience! All of the staff here truly makes you feel so comfortable and at ease and I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you!
Horrible horrible horrible!! Twice they rescheduled me because their directions and instructions are ridiculous!! You have to spend 20 mins walking from garage to try and walk through hospital to find where to go then nobody answers the phone so you can’t get help. Then your paying for garage whether you get services or not. Then even when you do get there before your grace period they still count you checking in and filling out paperwork as time so when your done it puts your over grace period! Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I can say so much but I am out of energy from going back and forth with them over a month or two now. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ELSEWHERE
