Poor customer service and lack of understanding and compassion. My provider sent a referral to them electronically- it takes generally 7 to 10 days to process. I called day 10 to try and make an appointment but they supposedly didn't have my referral. My provider then faxed another one. I called the office to ask if they could possibly expedite it since it was already almost 2 weeks since the initial referral- they said no. I am still waiting now month to get an appointment. Horrible.
Dr. Pratibhu spent a lot of time listening to my concerns about a potentially rarer health concern. He also reached out to other specialists for their input and determined additional stepwise testing to help diagnose the issue.
