My husband was referred to MMH ER for ct-scan from Physicians Care. Upon check-in at ER, after specifying why he was there, personnel had him hooked up to heart monitor, wanted to insert IV and draw several vials of blood without any explanation when being asked. Way to go MMH, discourage patients from being treated. Reinforced my negative opinion of your facility.
I walked in to the emergency room and got in a room in a matter of minutes and had the absolute best care from all of the staff and doctors. I was treated for sepsis. Never had this level of care before. Five stars
