I waited for over an hour to see Summer Banzhaf for my first office visit with her as my new PCP & she was so behind that after that long wait, my appt was rescheduled. The front desk girl was extremely rude to me when I asked to reschedule as I'm agoraphobic with panic attacks & was fighting off a panic attack having to wait so long. The parking garage is on the opposite end of the building where the Dr office is with no mobility aids to assist patients with respiratory problems!!! They're expected to walk it. Worst hospital.
Dr. Banzhaf is truly exceptional. She consistently runs on time, communicates with clarity, and—most importantly—empathizes rather than simply sympathizes. Don’t go here if you’re a veteran. I was approved by VA through Community Care for general surgery. After several calls they kept telling me they haven’t received the authorization. They were faxed the authorization several times to the fax number the surgery department gave me and every time I called they said they don’t have it. I’ve never had this problem with community care at any other hospital or facility.
Optometrist, they are the most nice and friendly people. Clean professional Takes the time to explain . I love love love this place
