Very rude and unprofessional. Extremely condescending when we were speaking on the phone when I was asking a question about the qualifications for renting. Do not waste your money on applying.
We rented a property managed by Gray for 11 years. They took forever when anything broke. Last summer we had to stay in a hotel room for 3 nights because they kept neglecting to get the AC fixed during a dangerous heat wave. We just moved out of the Gray property because we bought a house. Gray Property Management threatened to take us to collections if we didn't pay $4000 to fund their refurbishing project on the aging property - new appliances, new floors, new gate/fencing...
