Horrible apartment! Never answers the phone or maintenance calls.
I have an appointment around 3:30 but once I enter to the office she want to go for tour with another person and she wanted me to sit out side in my car. It's really not acceptable and disrespectful.

My family has lived here since it was Jasmine at Marietta's since 2017. With the frequent management changes it has since gone downhill in quality, comfortability, and safety. Just in the past 3 1/2 years we have experienced multiple leaks, trash every where on the grounds, major flooding, broken gates every week, roaches (they don't send pest control anymore), unethical fees, poor communication and most unfortunately a huge mold discovery in our building. I had high hopes for my visit to Elme Apartments, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. After a 45-minute journey to see an apartment, I arrived only to find out that I couldn’t view it due to internet issues. I was supposed to receive pictures of the unit via email, but they never arrived. Upon my return to the complex, I learned that walk-ins were accepted.
