The staff over here were very helpful, friendly and made the process to move in go very well. Maria, Larissa, and Zoila in particular were a big help in this process.
Even though I didn't get approved here, the staff were very nice. The apartment I viewed was very nice, and the grounds are well kept. I'm doing a tour solo. The application fee is $100, and make sure your credit is in good standing.
Pool opened 3 weeks late and is always too filthy to swim in. Literally green and looks like a swamp. Lots of crime and break ins here and the office manager talks to residents like she works at mcdonalds. Very rude and unprofessional. Cant wait to move out of here soon, stay away
