This place has literally locked us out of using the amenities. This includes the fitness area, pool, and grills and everything else. It’s only open when the office is open which means if you have any normal job they open when you go to work and they close when you get off. They don’t tell you that when you start renting. And they don’t give you any refunds for not being able to use any of the amenities.
This place is seriously messed up. Like, it used to be cool, but ever since it became Elme, everything just went downhill. The staff? Total trash. You can never get anyone on the phone, and half the time, no one's even in the office. And don't even get me started on maintenance. I've put in like, six requests for stuff like leaks, roaches, and the gate being busted, but nothing ever gets fixed. Great place live if your workplace is in the battery area. Apartments are at a great price as well.
