If you would like to get what you pay for then moving here is not something you should do. As a long time resident, I’ve watched this place fall apart. It’s dirty, excuses are made instead of things actually being fixed. It hasn’t been repainted, sprayed or patios nor driveways have been power washed in months. We have amenities and community utilities we pay for but if you actually work a job you have no access to the amenities you pay for. I'm so happy I left.
Since Elme took over, this complex has turned into a full-time headache. I emailed management about serious issues — broken items, unsealed tubs, moldy ceilings/carpets — and they ignored me for a MONTH. Then magically, right before my lease renewal was due, they finally responded saying they “can fix it.” So you had time to respond when you wanted your money again… got it. *Resident of 5 years* I have been here for some time and the management of this property is much different from when I moved here. You will pay for the mismanagement of this property literally. My shared utility bills are more than my personal bills. Increases are never explained instead, you’ll see a line of people waiting to address them during the 1st.
