I came in crying with an injured knee. It had been in severe pain for two hours at the point but they deemed it a non emergency and turned me away. I expected better care for the money college costs. Basically said they couldn't see me until 4 days later unless I wanted to miss a class to even though their hours are 8 AM to 5 PM.
