As a non-serious gym goer, I cannot overstate how strong the community in this gym is. I am a casual lifter and from day one I felt like a part of the community, which is primarily powerlifters and competitors for various sports. I trained at this gym for a period of time and wasn't originally planning to leave a review. However, after reading some recent reviews from former members, I recognized experiences that felt very similar to my own and decided to share mine. I'm not leaving a one-star review because the gym did help me in some ways, and credit and respect should be given where they're due. One of your members is attempting to turn this gym into a fight club.
My review is coming as someone who has managed and owned multiple gyms so I’m not just being a hater. I genuinely like the facility itself, but the member conduct has become a serious issue. On multiple occasions, I’ve been pushed off equipment or had areas taken while I was clearly in the middle of using them. An excellent gym for any kind of lifting that you want to do, no matter what level of experience you are at. The owner is very welcoming to anyone who walks in, and is more than willing to help you with whatever your fitness goals may be.
