My review is coming as someone who has managed and owned multiple gyms so I’m not just being a hater. I genuinely like the facility itself, but the member conduct has become a serious issue. On multiple occasions, I’ve been pushed off equipment or had areas taken while I was clearly in the middle of using them. That level of disregard is unacceptable in any gym setting The space is too limited for the current volume of members, making it difficult to complete a proper training session. Easily the best powerlifting gym in the area. I've been a member for almost 2 years, and have had nothing but good experiences. Staff is very friendly and welcoming to newcomers. Equipment is mostly older stuff, but high quality, and well-maintained, and all the locker rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. The gym is mostly set up for powerlifting, but there's plenty of equipment for general strength training, bodybuilding, and even some strongman equipment. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what I was walking into when I told my boyfriend I’d join him at his gym. I’m not a powerlifter, barely a person who went to the gym regularly, but once I got past my own intimidation, I realized what a wonderful place it is. Everyone there is so supportive of each other, it’s a welcoming and fun environment that gets you excited about working out (something I never thought I would say)!
