RecommendedI purchased both a specialized roll and an a wilderness systems aspire here. I have to say, it was the best bike and kayak buying experience I have ever had. The staff had a high level of expertise/knowledge of what they are selling, along with a professional, warm, and welcoming presence.. I drove an hour and a half, twice, to come here because of these folks. They back up their sales and assist all along the way.. a big thanx to u folks!!
I emailed yesterday to see what inventory they had in stock for kayaks. They had one that was what I was looking for. After several emails back and forth, I was told to call and make a deposit, the last email was at 5:59pm, the hours are 10am-6pm. So I wait until today to call with a deposit. I called right at 10am, twice the call sounds like someone picked up and then hung up, third time it goes through to voicemail. 4:30pm I get a call back telling me that kayak was sold shortly after 10am. Not a way to do business.
The customer service that this shop provides is amazing! We have purchased kayaks, and bikes from them. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are leaving with the right equipment for your needs! I would highly recommend!!!

We buy our daughter’s bicycles here when she needs new (bigger) one. We ran/biked the trails and quickly realized the cheap Walmart bicycles would not stand up to our level of craziness so we checked out the Marietta Adventure Company. We are hooked. The staff is amazing and the products they sell are top of the line. We would never purchase a bike elsewhere. I have purchased 1 kayak and looking to buy another from them. They are very nice to deal with.
Their staff always goes out of their way to be helpful, and have been for years! Yesterday we got a kickstand for my son’s bike after taking off training wheels. They cut it to the right size and installed it for us in a matter of minutes. Thank you!
A big shout out to Marietta adventure Company for taking care of my Specialized bike repair even though it was just a hair over the one year free tuneup date. Cool shop, great folks, great attitudes and always willing to help.
