After creating an appointment a week an advance, they would not give me a time to pick up my dog after her service. She was also the only dog in the building there for any service. After 3 hours I was reading reviews of the company to find out about the supposed cruel and neglectful practices. I began to call them frantically to find get a status on my dog with no success. RecommendedMaizey just had a beautiful grooming done by Marie and Michelle! When I picked her up she was relaxed and even walked back inside twice as we were standing in the door chatting, which tells me she felt very safe and comfortable there. The price was fair and as quoted, they followed my specific instructions perfectly. As you can see, Maizey is a happy girl! Highly recommend!!!
I will not be bringing my dog back, I don’t even have a license to get dog hair but I could do a better job than this. If you have to cut your dogs hair just after getting home from the groomer there’s a problem. To be honest didn’t even want to pay for it.
Wish I had read the reviews before my dog received the worst and most expensive groom yet. And the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Seen them do some really horrible practices with dogs. Do not take your pet here.
This place will give you nothing but horrible service attitude and animal maltreatment... brush burns galore and very unprofessional way of handling and treating pups, will never wish this place on my worst enemy
If you want your dog cut up and traumatized, take them here. Poor practices, scary environment, and no walks or pee breaks when your dog is there for 5+ hours? No thanks. There are many alternative and WISER choices than this. Abuse is not ok 👎
