If you are looking for a great place to work out and a very skilled, motivated trainer, you have to come to visit Marie and her fitness center. She cares about how you are doing and is always there helping to make sure you get the most out of your workouts. Great Job, Marie. Her offerings for all types of Movement AND training in energy work make this center a great place and a great "family" to be part of.
