I lived there 12 years ago and I loved it. I am in shock to see that rents have almost TRIPLED since I moved out. Wow!
There are bugs everywhere in the lower apartments, especially giant house centipedes and spiders. I must've killed 100+ while I was there. It is simply impossible to impede them coming inside too, the place is old and nothing is sealed properly. Run for your life.
Manager was very nice. Apt is small and rent is high.
