My name is Liam Herrle. My parents, Ben Herrle and Ruth Herrle bought an apartment here in 2011, and moved out in 2019 due to Sunset Property Solutions. To be honest, I am still annoyed. The reason we moved out was the bumped up rent, because companies don't care about any of us normal people's wallets, and want to stash up on money, because why the hell not. I know why, Capitalism! The apartment number was B10. We had a living room, a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. My Grandpa owned the apartments.

It was nice for a while, but now I have roaches that come up from the basement (despite keeping my apartment very clean). Also there are stink bugs in the spring and fall. The building is almost 100 years old, so the plumbing goes out about once a month and they have to turn off the water for the whole building to fix it. The summer it gets so hot, and there is only one window A/C unit. They can’t put in more due to the way the window casings are (French door style with no frame in the middle). I hate this place. The new people who run it are annoying.
Absolutely love living here! Great location and the new renovations are beautiful. Morgan and Sara are super helpful and responsive unlike previous property managers I've had. Maintenance requests are taken care of usually within 24hrs. Super pet-friendly. I don't plan on moving anytime soon!
