Awesome!!! – I bought my wedding dress from Mariel's yesterday and went back today to buy a dress for my rehearsal dinner. I have been searching for the perfect dress for some time now. I found the perfect one at Mariel's. Their dresses are unbelievably inexpensive and they are all very unique. I paid $438 for mine and I was willing to spend much more. Sooo rude!!! – This was the first place I walked into to look for my wedding dress and was so excited to get started, but the experience was quickly ruined by the very rude and condescending sales girl. Thankyou Mariel! – I have passed by Mariel in Larimer Square many times, and I can see how the store can look intimidating because of the beautiful decor, but once you step inside the staff is very friendly, and the prices are not at all what you would expect for the latest trends. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. – I just bought my dress at Mariel, and I have to say it was my best experience in a bridal salon, as I have been to many stores. Denise knew just the dress for me! She really knows what looks best for your figure and how to give you your own unique look. Her service is amazing and I can see how she has been in business for 27 years. I would personally recommend this store to everyone who is looking for bridal and also for the latest fashions.
Why is this store still open??? – Denise, the owner, is very rude and snotty. Bad attitude only skims the surface of her horrible customer service. I am shocked she is still in business. Unique Dresses at Reasonable Prices – I recently bought my dress at Mariels and want to share my experience since I like many rely on reviews. Is Mariels customer-service oriented? No, not really. They arent going to throw champagne and attention at you when you walk through the door to look for a wedding dress. Great place to buy a wedding gown – My experienve with Mariel was amazing! The staff was so helpful and honest. They treated me great. I ended up buying my wedding dress there and couldn't be happier. The dress is beautiful!! After trying on dresses at other bridal shops around denver, I would have never thought I could get a dress that nice for under $600. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
High society in Larimer Square – This store epitomizes the whole Larimer Square deal. Very "I'm in downtown Denver, and I want to feel like I'm shopping on Rodeo Drive." I admit, I went in with preconceptions. I thought that the staff would be rude to me because I just wearing a tshirt and jeans, not the usual designer duds. My mistake.
