Terrible experience!! I would not recommend anyone going here. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen and the doctor was so rude and dismissive I wanted to cry when I left. I never leave reviews on these websites, but I do not want anyone to have an experience like I had. Horrendous office!! It's absolutely ridiculous, if you have questions the nurses never return your calls, negligence all around! The front desk is full of rude people who like to double book your appointments so then you're stuck waiting there for over a hour for a 15 minute check up appointment.

I've gotten the runaround ever since day one. I had no insurance and was a cash paying customer, I scheduled an appt once assured that the doctor would be able to diagnose and tell me what to do next ( i have a cyst next to my ovary) I paid $200 and left with nothing but feeling violated. He did not help, offer any explanation or next step. I vowed to never come back because i felt so violated. I spoke with a nurse about my issue and she got me to come back. I have never written a review about any sort of service or product in my life but I am so annoyed with the service from the West Chester office that I was so compelled to write a review. I scheduled my appointment several weeks in advance and was told that my appointment would be on a Wednesday. However, when I arrived I was told that my appointment was the next day. I had an extremely high risk pregnancy and was in and out of labor and delivery several times. After switching to Chester County ObGYN, i was so RELIEVED. The staff is awesome and they were able to stop pre term labor successfullu every single time when my previous hospital was not able to. Thanks so much for delivering my healthy happy and beautiful child... And for a quick and painless labor.

for as busy as they are and for the large size of their practice, they are always friendly and take the time to help you. I have been there through regular appointments, "silly" questions, blood work, an entire tricky pregnancy/delivery and a miscarriage. They were so super supporttive and nice. Dr Mansfield and Diane are awesome.

I give 3 stars because the dr's are good at what they do. However I think they treat you as a number if you get medical assistance. I recently was told by Maryellen the ultrasound tech, that I had a blighted ovum and needed an abortion. She was certain of her diagnosis and unsympathetic. After reserching the issue and her job description I found that she is out of line. First, she cannot legally diagnose ANYTHING. Terrible. the West Chester office treats you like a number, they forget to call in your prescriptions that you desperatley need and you have to suffer until you can finally get a hold of someone. I am pregnant and needed nausea meds on a Friday, they never called in the RX, I ended up having to go to the hospital from dehydration from throwing up so much thanks to their lack of care or concern. I've only gone to this practice 2x so far for prenatal visits since I switched over from another OBgyn. However, I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been so far. Everyone that works here is extremely professional and takes the time to really make you feel comfortable. They answer all of your questions and even ones you didn't think to ask. My husband and I are beyond impressed and are so happy we switched over to CC OBgyn. We highly recommend them!
