Marie is very knowledgably to real estate in Sawyer County and the surrounding areas. If it is land, a lake property or a distressed property she will guide you throughout the transaction to make it stress free. Marie is attentive to all buyers and seller's needs; she is there for you.
Marie is very honest, does not promise unrealistic expectations to get your business. She knows the market and is an amazing realtor you can trust her 100% I would recommend her highly to either find you a home or sell your home.
We enjoyed working with Marie when we purchased our home. She worked to follow up in a timely manner on every detail. This was a foreclosure so there were many extra hoops to jump through and we were very anxious to get into our new home on our time table. She did her very best to try to make everything as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend her, both as a listing agent and as a buyer's agent. We will do business with her again.
