Quiet little neighborhood. Country life. Good homes. My daughter lives there and really likes it. She likes the smaller homes/neighborhood.
We bought the model home as an investment property. The DR Horton team was trying desperately to get rid of the house. Now that it’s officially ours, there are several listings on Zillow with our address on it since it was the model. Zillow will not allow us to post the rental because of this. We’ve been trying to get this resolved for weeks. Knowing that Zillow is a prime spot for people to look for homes to rent and buy, we’d like to get our house listed on Zillow immediately so that we can get tenants into the house.
