I used her services a number of years ago for my son's adoption. Although the adoption went through, I can't say i was very impressed. She is disorganized and slow to respond, took payment on site then couldn't find the payment so had her assistant (who changed constantly) contact me to pay (i refused, I had the credit card receipt proving i had already paid). Chaotic work ethics.
Completely useless. Paid her in advance for the adoption. She started the process then I was told I had to wait six months for some of my records. That was a year and a half ago! She stopped responding to my emails and phone calls about 9 months ago. I haven't heard anything. Very disappointed and frustrated because this is not a cheap process.
Marie and her associates handled our step parent adoption wonderfully. After our phone consult, which included a breakdown of what to expect, timeline, and expenses- Marie got to work promptly. Our adoption was not contested and took one month to complete. We are very happy to have our family officially whole and appreciate the Tilden Law Firm for their diligent work.
Marie was absolutely amazing; very professional and took the time to help me understand the process. Highly recommend!!!
