I am going to elaborate with the last post . Terrible customer service . The last time I was there Tracy the stylist did not care to offer any refreshments as indicated from the owner . Upon my arrival, I did not feel valued. Once you sit on the chair the beautician treats us based on personal preference . DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR!!! Bundles are super thin! "HD" frontals are nothing close to high definition!!! Her hair tangles and sheds flat iron it and looks knotted 2 seconds later!! Over priced hair!
