I’ve had an ongoing relationship with Dr. Roger. It started over three years ago when we met at Bethesda West, and has been ongoing since. I’ve had my share of issues, and Dr. Roger’s expertise was evident in all three conditions I got over the three years. I can honestly say that she saved my life. Additionally, in the three hospital visits I had (all were 1-3 weeks long!) I saw Dr. Roger herself at least 5-6 times weekly! Dr. Roger is a terrific doctor--very thorough, professional, caring, with an excellent bedside manner. She is very thorough in her work, and her expertise is terrific. Office staff is very helpful and kind.
Rachael Norman, APRN, FNP-BC, has treated me on two different occasions while I was hospitalized. I could not ask for better care! The staff in Dr Roger's office are also compassionate - namely Patricia and Anita. I get a response every time I have had to call with a problem. Rachael listens and takes all the time a patient needs to explain their problem - and I have had many! I have been seeing Dr Roger for a few years now. She is extremely knowledgable and always takes time to review everything in the lab reports and discusses and explains things very well. She is on time when you have an appointment no long waits on the waiting room. She is very personable and kind. The office staff is very professional and super helpful with any appointment needs. Dr Roger’s is always there for you, I got sick on a Friday and called Saturday by Sunday morning she had already got all the information from the hospital and prescribed me the right antibiotic and now I am on the mend. She calls and really loves medicine and helping patients
Couldn't ask for a Better staff. Patricia,Anita and Jennifer are always there to help you and get you answers When needed. They are all super sweet as well as supportive. Dr. Roger has the Best bedside manner. She takes her time with you and will explain all the details of what her course of action will be for your situation. Dr. Roger gave me all the time I needed. She was knowledgeable and clear and answered my questions. The office staff was also very pleasant. They accommodated my needs and gave me an appointment on the next day the doctor would be in the office. I would definitely recommend this practice.
