Beware if you use this company for any type of real Estate services. Clayton and Darlene are by far the most difficult and unethical persons to deal with. I just recently moved out of the briar Creek cottages that they manage and my experience is not an isolated one. The property that they manage has toxic Brown drinking water that also overflows into the shower with a horrendous smell. Terrible experience. The first realtor we dealt with was rude and used every excuse not to do her job after we rented. She was terminated at some point. Upon our exit our “inventory and condition” checklist magically wasn’t filed by the first realtor. They then turned the homeowners loose to decide what we owed them. Our $2000+ deposit was stolen and used so the owners could update their home to put on the market.

Thank you so much Krystyn! Outstanding job. Had a problem with our electric today and she got right on it and had someone out here in no time! He fixed the problem and had us up and going in an hour :) turns out it was the owner! Appreciate you guys very much. Two thumbs up 👍
