Very friendly and helpful staff up front. Clean waiting room and back areas. Dr.Neilsen always listens and helps with my issues however she’s able to. She questions me when needed and always checks on my mental health and genuinely cares to get me feeling better every visit. Thank you!
Dr. Neilson is my favorite primary care doctor I have ever had. She used to be at the Dorchester Road location, but when she moved, I followed her because I did not want to see anyone else.
I really enjoy my visits with Dr Neilson. No matter what the circumstances, you always feel like she totally engaged in trying to keep you healthy.
Dr.Neilsen has been my Doctor since Dr Costa retired. I couldn’t have picked a better, more caring, and very detailed doctor than her. She is always compassionate and supportive in my health care. I appreciate her and the staff at Roper Health Care of James Island.
