Pleasant Office Staff. Patients are seen on time. Dr Soderberg is thorough and thoughtful. Explains conditions and follows up with reading material.
Dr. Cleveland is compassionate, a great listener and a very knowledgeable physician. I feel confident with his care.
She takes time with you and does not rush you. Also she makes sure she explains things to you and takes care of your need.
I sat waiting and watching the waiting room empty and more patients come and go while I continued to be ignored. I went to the window and reminded the woman that I was still there and she brusquely dismissed me. Other patients mentioned that they seemed to be ignoring me so it wasn’t just me. I finally surrendered and told them to cancel my appointment. I have no idea why I was treated so poorly.
Dr. Pattee had a few good reviews and I was confident about having him remove a cancerous growth from my face. But it was bad. The whole team literally seemed to be trying to break their own speed record. I feel the 'hole' that was cut out of my face was larger than it had to be and larger than they disclosed to avoid losing time, and the suture was also done so hurriedly it was not sutured well; part of it left a deep, ugly scar on my face that is deep enough to collect dirt.
