While I cannot speak for the doctor, the front desk staff and intake nurse made me feel so uncomfortable about being there, I had to leave. I was asked to reveal my medical history at the front desk, had the difference between ophthalmology & optometry explained to me without asking any of my history. I've had doctors within the same hospital system tell me to see an ophthalmologist, but I am sure the front desk staff and intake nurse I saw for all of 2 minutes know best.
Dr. Marie herself is great, but Ellen working reception is quite rude. Would look at other facilities first
Possibly the best experience I've ever had with a doctor in New York. Kind, compassionate, and intelligent. She took the time to explain my eye issues and educate me on next steps. After receiving poor care from many other offices, this was so refreshing. Highly recommend Dr. Panganiban.
