If uncertainty happens to be your preferred form of customer service, and if unresponsive staff and management are part of the appeal, this may be the perfect place for you. Terrible front desk staff- rude and arbitrarily will cancel appointments once you get there (and then charge you for it). Definitely not worth time and stress- ended up finding another doctor with a much better, more empathetic practice and staff.

Dr. Panganiban’s staff provided an extremely frustrating experience. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been cancelled because I was allegedly more than 10 minutes late, which was not true. After I pointed this out, I was then told the appointment would need to be cancelled because my insurance supposedly required a referral, even though my insurance has never required one for these visits (which I later confirmed). While I cannot speak for the doctor, the front desk staff and intake nurse made me feel so uncomfortable about being there, I had to leave. I was asked to reveal my medical history at the front desk, had the difference between ophthalmology & optometry explained to me without asking any of my history. I've had doctors within the same hospital system tell me to see an ophthalmologist, but I am sure the front desk staff and intake nurse I saw for all of 2 minutes know best.
