On 5/17/2021 I posted a ( unable to find it(review, gave 5 stars wish it could be 10plus. I 1st went with my concise medical history:medicines, prior sugeries-total knee replacement, childhood Rheumatic fever& MVP, etc. After careful review Dr. Miranda gave me a prescription for Clindamycin take 2 one HR before appointment then twice TIL gone.
