It is Holy Ground with surrounded with loving and prayerful people.
MJSC is even more beautiful than the photos show! The beauty comes not just from the exterior, but from within - the staff and the Sisters are so welcoming and have created a home base for all seeking retreat and reflection. When you go, make sure to spend some time in the 24-hour chapel, where you can see the waves lapping as you pray. The food was scrumptious! I can't recommend MJSC enough! Treat your soul to this wonderful place.
It brings peace to your soul. The Chapel or Prayer Room are wonderful places to Just Be. Sitting at the waters edge, listening to the waves, beautiful and calming. ❤️❤️

Had the best contemplative weekend there in February. A great place for a quiet retreat. The setting is amazing, the food was fantastic, and the library and bookstore were excellent. I wish I could have stayed all week. Looking forward to next year!
