Dr. Moises is pleasant, but a little long winded. My children have been coming to see her ever since we moved to Queens Village 7 years ago. The office could use an update. They don't have a modern computer system. The issue I have is with the receptionists. They are often unprofessional. Everytime I call to make an appointment, I get the run around. I get told "we have to check the insurance and we'll get back to you". Get back to me when? I'm not a new patient. Nothing has changed. I never know when my children will be see... read more

Office so bad smell no empathy alt all im hard of hearing and lip reader and she got upset because i didn't here her 🤦 she is still with old equipment that neven work no recommended she is old and no patience
