I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Louis and provided all my information. After waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes and being transferred multiple times, I was finally told that the doctor will be leaving in July and is no longer accepting new patients. This was very frustrating, especially after the long wait and initial confirmation process. It would be helpful if patients were informed of provider availability upfront to avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
She is an excellent physician!
This office can't seem to get it together. Super long wait times to see the doctor. If you have to call, explaining to three different people why you are calling and sitting on hold every single time for 20+ minutes and tons of miscommunication between Dr. Louis and her staff.
