It's been many years since I've seen Dr. Louis, but I'm still living with the consequences of her bad practice. Her office mishandled a urine sample, falsely claimed that it contained opioids and then refused any solution offered to prove that the result was incorrect. Both Dr. Louis and Dr. Chen listens to my children and I when we visit for health concerns. My teenage daughter stated she felt heard and acknowledged when she spoke with Dr. Louis during her visit. In addition, my son says he feels heard when he has his yearly check up.

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Louis and provided all my information. After waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes and being transferred multiple times, I was finally told that the doctor will be leaving in July and is no longer accepting new patients. This was very frustrating, especially after the long wait and initial confirmation process. It would be helpful if patients were informed of provider availability upfront to avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
