If you are willing to stay about 15 miles from New Braunfels that is where Maricopa Lodge is found-Lodge is just another name for "motel". This place was OK for a last minute place I could find. Rooms are old, but clean but they do have a very musty smell (bring frebreeze). We did not have a room with a kitchenette, but we did have a Very Small micro-fridge.
