Amazing front office staff! I was there every week for almost my entire pregnancy. It was so nice to feel so welcome every time I walked in the door! Friendly faces that I looked forward to seeing each week. Dr. Deka was awesome and supportive and made this pregnancy a breeze. The nurses and staff are so friendly. Last, but definitely not least, the phlebotomist is awesome. Never missed my vein and barely felt anything at each and every blood draw! Highly recommend Dr. Deka and this entire office!
RecommendedThis office really does care about providing a great patient experience! The providers are excellent and the staff works to correct any issues if that may come up! I have been a patient for 12 years and had my two children with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
RecommendedBesides the most AMAZING staff, I had the Trusculpt 3D procedure on my chin and the results have been INCREDIBLE! I am so beyond excited and happy! I will most certainly be coming back for more treatments on different body parts 😁! Thank you so much Audrey and staff for the great experience!
Dr. Oland performed a hysterectomy on me in 2016. The surgery went badly, there were complications that resulted in a 8 day hospital stay. During that 8 days, I had to be moved to a trauma center under another physician in the practice who I had never met because Oland would not take responsibility for my move. He came to see me once, barked at a nurse in the hospital to remove my stitches and was pretty uninterested in my progress. I would not recommend him for surgery. I gave them 2 stars because the office staff is good.
I would strongly suggest you double check anything Paradise OB-GYN tells you regarding insurance approvals and requirements. I went through 3 invasive pre-requisites they told me needed to be done in order for BCBS to cover a procedure. One of which was a painful biopsy. I had already had 2 of the 3 alleged pre-requisites done 14 months prior and Dr. Newman admitted to me in the office he wouldn’t have had me re-do my imaging if his staff would have asked him, but his name is...Continue Reading
Dr.Deka is the best. I love Dr.Crum, Dr. Newman a Dr. Donnelly. The staff is the best.
I have been going here for over 3 years now! I absolutely love the care they provide for their patients! The staff and the doctors are beyond AMAZING! They are more then a doctors office they form relationships with you and make you always feel welcomed! Dr. Donnelly delivered both my boys ,she did a great job at helping me have successfully deliveries with both! I have always had an easy time getting in right away if needed or any questions I had have been answered right away! I would highly recommend paradise valley OBGYN!
