Took my mother to the ER because she’s suffering pain and can barely eat any food. Just moved here from Chandler and this was our first hospital experience here in Phoenix. We come in to a waiting room where it’s only 3 people so we’re grateful we could probably get in sooner than we thought. It’s so quiet and there’s a desk of security guards and man and a woman. They look directly at us, no greeting, any hint of acknowledgement besides eye contact. Which was our first red flag because what hospital barely recognizes potent... read more

I will definitely go back and refer others. Thank you valley wise for going above and beyond for working as a team and providing a awesome environment for all your patients

I had taken my medicine to relax me for an MRI. They couldn't get an IV going and no one was in the building to assist with the IV so they had to reschedule but I was woozy going home. They should never make an appointment on a Sunday with very short with staff. It truly upset me and still remained with anxiety.
