Just read everyone else's comments and it'll tell you what you need to know the people are rude they look at you like you're an addict they don't sit and talk to you they don't try and help you they don't give a fuc about you they just want your money and get you out of there office as fast as they can with as little effort as possible! The staff there is very rude and uneducated. I called to set up a new patient appointment for my husband and asked the lady on the phone if they take our new insurance numerous times and she told me yes each time. My husband took off work early and only after filling out the paperwork did they inform him that they do not take our insurance. After that point there was no apologies and they became very dismissive. I would not recommend this place.
Horrible business people. They called us our for IT service, we responded as requested and they refuse to pay the bill. Dr Karen King asked that we call her as the rates were too high. When I called her back, She never returned the call but DID call my office for service yet again. She ignores our calls to get paid. I would have been further a ahead just to give her 500 dollars when she called and say have a nice day. CROOKS!!!! Dishonest CROOKS!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! MS. King is a nice lady however, I just found out today that she is a NP. I have been there on several occasions where I was under the impression that she was a DR. The Dr. that was there has passed away and I from what I could get out of the billing rep. that was btw very rude the Dr. has not physically been in the office for at least a year. My ins. which I pay of the butt for doesn't cover a NP so if you do go there make sure to check your benefits. I will no longer being going there one by ins. doesn't ... read more
