My experience is different than what I read on here. I just visited their office towards the end of February 2026. The staff members are very friendly. They are quick fast happy to resolve any issues. The doctor was amazing. He listens. He tries to understand what the problem might be. He’s also very patient. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I would give six stars if it is possible.
Dr. Bartell is kind and caring. One of the finest physicians we've got around here.
My experience with the Dr however to be only sent with ear drops and nasal spray on a written script i could've just got that from my family doctor i felt disappointed .I had to go to a different ENT the next day in phoenix to be told i needed to follow up with a neurologist to discuss if i need surgery due to this ent really hearing me out . Dr. Smith has been very kind and accommodating. My surgery was successful.
Having seen Dr. Bartell for dozens of years, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them by phone for months. I don't know why since there's no message on their phone...which just keeps asking to wait and nothing else so all I could do was hang up A few times I've left messages for call back and received none. After over 2 months of this, I am going to another ENT. At the least there should be some information when calling to explain why no one ever answers.
