Had a great experience getting my husband scheduled and treated. Called once and heard the voicemail with open hours, then called back during that time and Selena was able to get my husband scheduled same day. Dr. Smith listened to him and assisted him quickly and thoroughly. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful and I am so glad we found this office!
I’ve been going to this clinic for about a year. I’ve been dealing with a lot of ear infections or loss of hearing and the only thing they would do is testing and tell me that everything was fine and I felt like something was wrong, but I felt like the doctor wasn’t really paying attention to what I was telling him. So the only thing they would do is just remove that your wax, but not give me a full diagnostic of what was going on with these ear infections that I was dealing with, and nothing was getting resolved.
Dr. Smith and the staff at the Tempe location was awesome. I had a chronic nosebleed that had been going on for several months. I went in for an appointment, and he prescribed an antibiotic. When I came back the following week, he treated the problem, and my nosebleeds finally stopped. He was professional, caring, and took the time to make sure I received the treatment I needed. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Smith and the Tempe office
My experience is different than what I read on here. I just visited their office towards the end of February 2026. The staff members are very friendly. They are quick fast happy to resolve any issues. The doctor was amazing. He listens. He tries to understand what the problem might be. He’s also very patient. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I would give six stars if it is possible.
Dr. Bartell is kind and caring. One of the finest physicians we've got around here.
