The office staff was professional and courteous. I only waited for 10 minutes to be seen by doctor. My problem was addressed and taken care of the same day. I have been here twice and I will be returning in the future.
Stay away from this group. I was told multiple things that weren't true regarding my insurance. The front desk lady said I've not been seen in over a year? I was there 2 weeks ago. They lost my paperwork that I filled out. My info could be in someone else's file. I walked out. No thanks
Dr. Smith is so nice. He helped me right away, everything was very quick & everyone was friendly.
15 minute wait time on the phone, repeated tries line is busy. I have used this office in the past with no problems.
