The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office appears more concerned with conviction rates than justice. These people dont care about the safety of children. There is no point of putting your trust in this department. They won't do anything.
Because MCAO has not reported dispositions related to arrest by PPD I have lost my job. There Statutes in Arizona which make it a law that these agencies report these things to DPS whom is responsible for Criminal background checks so that I can get a fingerprint clearance card. My card was denied recently because of an arrest in 2007 which says I was arrested for Disorderly Conduct involving Domestic Violence. I'm not going to say that you dont do good work at times. I'm just baffled that no charges were brought against Mr. Kiser. The moment that police report was released, you could see the disgust in people. Especially knowing that he didnt notice his child missing but noticed his dog staring at the water. He allowed a small child who couldn't swim to be unsupervised by a pool simply because he "knew" not to get in the water? Especially while the cover was not on?
