Because MCAO has not reported dispositions related to arrest by PPD I have lost my job. There Statutes in Arizona which make it a law that these agencies report these things to DPS whom is responsible for Criminal background checks so that I can get a fingerprint clearance card. My card was denied recently because of an arrest in 2007 which says I was arrested for Disorderly Conduct involving Domestic Violence. I was taken to booking on at 4th St jail fingerprinted than released by MCPO because there was no evidence of a cri... read more

I'm not going to say that you dont do good work at times. I'm just baffled that no charges were brought against Mr. Kiser. You're telling me he wasnt neglectful in thinking that his child ... read more

Absolutely vile to not press charges in the death of Trigg Kiser. He died due to negligence (which his father then lied about, according to the police report), and if this was anyone else they would be getting the book thrown at them. Shameful.

I think they should be ashamed for not pressing charges on Brady Kiser. Another example of the rich getting away with anything and everything. The child was knowingly left outside by himself for 10 minutes. He was treading water for 2 minutes waiting for his dad to come get him but he never did because he was busy gambling and watching basketball!! That poor baby died a terrible death and Trigg got absolutely no justice.
