Ramon answered all of my questions in a timely manner but he told me that to get the best deal for the car I wanted, I would need to pay the total in cash. As if my money I have is not good enough to be financed. As a salesman, he did not try to sell me the car so I assumed he wanted it for himself. As a potential customer, he made me feel like I was not worthy enough to be shopping for this car, which is overpriced to begin with.

When you calculated your monthly payment times how many months your loan would be, you got upset not understanding basic math. I was working and could not get out of the house in time to sign the documents. Roman was very kind to bring the documents to our home so we could sign them. Such service is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Maricopa Auto Outlet. if you want some one trustworthy, honest, looking out for you- this place is it.
They have saved me from frying in the AZ heat by making sure my AC was working. They are dependable, will not take you for your money, honest and quick at taking care of your needs. Shout out to Nick and the entire crew!!

They have always been honest and very reasonable. We take our vehicles in and the repair is done when they say it will be. Our small town feel is due to businesses like this that make a profit for themselves to stay in business and support their workers as well as treating their neighbors/ customers with respect and they don’t gouge pricing
