I made my mom's appointment 8 months in advance and last month I went myself to confirm her appointment and I was told to make an appointment with another Doctor cuz they put my mom for 30 minutes visit and she is a first time so they need 60 minutes, I Explained the woman at the counter I made my appointment 8 months and it was unacceptable if I wanted to see another doctor I wouldn't have waited this long, today I get there earlier and as soon as I talk to the medical assistant she asks if this is a follow up, I said no it... read more
