Booking with her was the most unprofessional Experience of my life. If you don’t speak Spanish, do not even waste your time Even going to her Store because your face a lot of miscommunication with her parents and also with her. This could’ve been a long post but I’m going to keep it short and simple. Lack of professionalism and communication. Being 2+ hours late to an event and not answering and hanging up calls on clients is not acceptable! Tables and chairs arrived late and they were still setting up balloons while guests were arriving. Unacceptable all around and would not recommend.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She was booked for a graduation party , she was an hour late just delivering chairs and tables. We had to call her to even find out she was running late. She hung up the phone when talking to her. The backdrop was horrible, the balloons were small and beginning to pop due to her not knowing what she was doing. She was so rude. Would never book her again. Would give 0 stars if i could.

This is a party renta store the owner is so nice but they only speak Spanish there so you may have to understand the language but if your patience with her she understands I rent chairs and tables from them you can pick them up or they will charge one price to deliver and pick them up
