Unless you want to pay 1600 for cockroaches, your car towed almost every week as well as water going off every couple of days and a dirty pool that barely gets maintained then by all means go ahead. Rented for a year. Got a great move in special and they attended to my needs. Special shoutout to ms faby and ms eli for helping me out and making sure I was good. My fridge stopped cooling and they changed it out quick
