The cleaners are first rate and trustworthy. Mostly Brazilian as Maria is from Brazil. I use a translate app on my phone with them and they also. Had them first do a deep cleaning, then a normal cleaning every 2 weeks. Laundry is extra but we do our own anyway. If clean sheets are provided they will also make the stripped beds which is included in the normal cleaning. Dusting the blinds is also included.
