I'm so sad...I had high hopes for this restaurant. My husband's meal was pretty good, however my carnitas were tough & lacked flavor. I ate one taco and a couple bites of beans. I left there hungry and so disappointed. How can meat that is supposed to be cooked in lard come out hard & dried out??? I eat carnitas at every Mexican restaurant and this one was the worst. This is by far the best Tex-Mex in the area. All the Mexican food restaurants in the area should take note. This place would make it in Texas, where there are plenty of Tex-Mex restaurants. The food was great, served fast and brought to the table quick. Even the lettuce and guacamole was fresh. First time I've seen that in this area. Definitely a go-to for Tex-Mex. Excellent
