Would actually give zero stars because zero flowers were delivered. Pretty horrible experience. Ordered flowers and paid for them a week in advance. Flowers never got delivered.When I followed up to see what happened, I was told they could be delivered a day late. I asked for a discount to make up for this. Maria refused and screamed at me and hung up on me. She needs to close her business down. She shouldn't be dealing with the public. Read her Google reviews. All the same. I ordered a plant with floral arrangement for a friend who sent me a photo of what was delivered--horrible--not at all as the website page and with no flowers. Have been battling for 2 months for a refund through the BBB. This is a very unprofessional business.
