Came into the store and had 3-4 consultants in here working. Said they didn't have any appointments, but it was ok to look around. A consultant walked around and helped pull dresses and put my cousin in a fitting room. Another consultant came and took the dresses and put them away while the first dress was being tried on. Why send you around picking dresses to try on, send you in to start trying on and then put them away? Made no sense. Dress was not ready for the final appointment and had not been touched for alterations. The original reason for why it wasn't ready was because they had put it on the wrong rack, but then later said that it was because we came in before the date and had the hem tested with different shoes. They did not call and let me know it wasn't ready, so we drove over an hour and waited half an hour before they told us that it was not ready. Just went to try on a bridesmaid dress and the ladies there were so helpful sweet and very personable!!
They told me one thing, and then would tell my mom, fiancé, and bridal party something different. You HAVE to pay the alterations in cash, which is the dumbest thing I ever heard. I was supposed to pick my dress up one day at 1, got there and it wasn't done. They told me it wasn't a problem changing my fiancé's tux, then he gets there and told him no they can't unless they charge him. When I went in to look at dresses for my bridesmaids, we had an appointment and got about 5 mins of attention in the 1 1/2 hr we were there. I... read more
Absolutely loved my wedding gown! My dress had a super long, heavy train and I was worried that It wouldn't hold a bustle, but Maria did an amazing job with all my alterations and everything turned out perfect!! EVERYONE at Maria's Bridal treats you like family, they really care about you. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, welcome and special. Trying to find that perfect dress can be quit time consuming and tiresome, yet the staff NEVER makes you feel rushed, never. This is our second year going to Maria's for special occasions and dances.
