We are sad this location is closing, because the pharmacists have been amazing for many years.
I’ve had very bad experiences with this BG pharmacy. The staff is very rude (pharmacist too) and doesn’t know how to do their jobs. Also doesn’t want to do anything for customers. If I didn’t transfer to another location of Mariano pharmacy (2323 Capital Dr.Northbrook) I would pay a lot more copayments. I asked them to check and correct about issues but they ignore me and gave me wrong information with bad attitudes.
