Doc is great but the calling bck from staff as of TODAY has been well, NOT SO GOOD I need different medicine , am in SEVERE foot pain after my surgery, I have called 9 times, & have NOT talked to anyone I called at 9 a.m. it is now 4:30 and am hurting
I was told this doctor is amazing. But unfortunately his front desk staff are terrible. They are not knowledgeable in insurances and refused to see me not only one time but two times even with my referral mgmt department trying to call them and explain that a new referral was not needed.
